You didn’t get anything done?
That’s okay. Intentions can be reset.
There’s an entire subculture on Tik Tok dedicated to “resetting” a home.
Essentially, when life gets too chaotic - as it generally does during a busy week - a reset is in order.
The laundry is done, the duvets are aired, the drawers are tidied, the rubbish is put out and the overall mess is cleared away. The stage is set for a new beginning.
It occurred to me that you could - and should - do the same with writing. When nothing has been done, or you just didn’t bother, or you let the chaos reign, a reset is required.
So this weekend, what do you need to do in order to put your house in order?
Do you need to re-work your writing schedule?
Tidy your desk?
Crack open a new notebook?
Write those character bios?
Immerse yourself in nature and inhale fresh air?
Whatever version of a reset you need, get it done.
It’ll clear the path for the rest of the week.

I like this Lisa. Spring cleaning for the author's mind.
